Canalival!

Bit stuck for what to do this weekend? Fancy a party with a bit of a difference? Grab some mates, dig out that rubber dinghy you used once on holiday and hit up the random awesomeness that is Canalival!

London’s first floating carnival event is going down this Saturday and all you need is something that floats to join in. Kicking back and floating down Regents Canal, a mother vessal complete with DJs and soundsytems will head up the the mini flotilla and blast some epic tunes your way. 

You can enjoy the natural beauty of East London’s canal network (which I’ve never seen or appreciated so here’s the perfect excuse) check out some of the crazy/artistic boat creations of your fellow buccaneers and order a cocktail from Secret Garden Party’s barge at the same time

End point: Broadway Market

Price: Absolutely Free! (but you’ll probably want some funds to pay for drinks once you’ve downed all your rum – just try not to be the drunken sea captain)
