There’s no hard and fast rule to how we decide Hot Girl of the Month. We did have a democratic system in place, full of checks and balances, a rotary process, etc... but on the approach of the months end that always goes right out the window. There’s a time for words and a time for action; so we’re settling who gets to decide for October the old fashioned way. But before we head out of the office (frisking Dandy for knuckle dusters in the process) we’re leave you in the capable hands of September's winner to tide you over.
